Sometime back in 2016, a local yoga studio was running a 30-day challenge. I never used to join in on these. But I thought it would be a good start for my roommates I had at the time.
They had been catching some interest in yoga. Not to say I was an influence. But I was an influence.
(Hey, it’s better than influencing them into drugs)
Anyways, we agreed to take on the daily challenge.
And it was incredible! Especially witnessing all of the progress we made. And being exposed to different styles and challenges from various teachers.
I still think to this day that the best way to get into yoga is a 30-day challenge at your neighbourly yoga studio.
Luckily for you – I have also put together a 30-day yoga challenge you can do from the comfort of your own home!
30 Day Yoga Challenge: Power Vinyasa Series
Each of these classes will (mostly) feature 30-minute Power Vinyasa yoga. This is a dynamic style of yoga, where your breath moves you from pose to pose.
Get ready to get a lil sweaty ;-P
True to Vinyasa yoga, I will guide you through sun salutations A and B (you’ll learn about them soon enough). Following that, I like to get creative. We will move through many different yoga poses. And I include modern exercises as well – this will really strengthen your core and improve your stabilizer strength!
I want these next 30-days have maximal benefits on your body (and mind).

Some of the poses, movements, and exercises may be challenging. But this is an opportunity to come up against your limits of what is possible! And expand those limits!

“I can’t do this”… or “I’m not good enough”…
Just take a breath. Work through it. Suddenly, you will see that you can do it. And you will hear that other voice of encouragement:
“Just one more breath…” and “You CAN do this…”
